scousers moral high ground
See Carragher going on about us again. Why don't LFC show some class and decline title as season can't be played correctly.

Re: scousers moral high ground
‘What really got me off the back of the last meeting was that it has since emerged that the clubs weren't opposed to neutral venues; because as soon as relegation was taken off the table, it was fine to play at neutral grounds.’

What idiotic logic is that? The clubs that could get relegated don’t want to gamble £100 million if they can’t play home games.

If the positions of Liverpool & Man City (or, heaven forbid, Everton) in the league were transposed, would he be saying the same things?

Would ANY Liverpool arse-licker?

Re: scousers moral high ground
Clubs are prepared to play games (if it’s safe) to protect revenue for everyone.
But they aren’t prepared to risk their Premier league status by playing games here there and everywhere in some pretence at finishing the season.
Obviously the bottom 6 won’t do it and Southampton & Newcastle are close enough to make it 8 teams that will reject it.
Especially with Newcastle not wanting to jeopardise their sale by risking relegation.
Remove relegation or we don’t play at all.
Your choice Scouse

I don't know how true this is but I read that Liverpool wanted the women's PL to be declared null and void. They are currently in a relegation place.

They killed loads of Italians and even more of their own fans.

If scousers had run Russia they’d have slaughtered more people than Stalin.

That is where they sit on the moral spectrum, next to Uncle Joe.

Re: scousers moral high ground
Now there are words I thought I would never see together scousers and moral.
Why, would any team throw away any advantage they may get from a home match to play at a neutral ground just to ensure the season is completed. So we vote no, simple

We guarantee not to get relegated and as a massive added bonus we deprive the scousers of the title. Deep breath bwahahahahahahahahahahahaha

"If scousers had run Russia they’d have slaughtered more people than Stalin."

Yeah yeah yeah... there'd be more decent Russian bands, though.

* I think it's time to accept that, in the absence of any actual sport, 'pundits' are saying more hysterical shit than ever. Ignore.

Re: scousers moral high ground
I can remember saying once that the first sign of the world ending would be if West Ham lead the league by 6 points with 2 games to go and a lead on goal difference of +20 over the second place team.

Surely everyone sees the humour in a team being 25 points clear with 9 to play after waiting 30 years and THIS turning up.

Apparently Liverpool want to cancel the women’s league due to health risks.....they are bottom of the league. Finally seeing sense. However as the men’s team are top.....
